    Equipment Requirements:

     

    Minimum CPU Speed

    • 2 Physical cores @ 2.7 GHz Processor or better
    • 4 Physical cores @ 2.2 GHz processor or better
    • i5 or better processor preferred
    • Minimum 4Gb RAM
    • Minimum vertical monitor resolution of 1080 pixels (1920x1080 or higher preferred)
    • Multiple monitors highly recommended
    • 80 GB, 7200 RPM SATA hard drive or better
    • Internet connection speeds exceeding 5Mbps down and 1Mbps up
    • Windows 8.1, 10 including .NET 4.5 with all security patches applied
    • HTML5 Compliant Web Browser (IE11 or higher, Chrome, etc)
    • Antivirus Software.
    • Corded (Not wireless) noise cancellingUSB Headset

  • How long is Training?

    Training runs Monday - Friday for 5 weeks.  You are required to complete training with 100% attendance.

  • What are schedules like?

    This is considered shift work.  We are open 24/7/365 so you can be scheduled at any time.

  • Do you Offer Rehire Opportunities?

    We do not mark employees eligible or non-eligible, all former employees must wait a minimum of 6 months to reapply.  You must go through all testing and application processes and declare you are a former employee of SDC.  While we do offer rehire opportunities they are not guaranteed, and are based upon new hire class need, former employment status, reason for leaving and former performance and attendance.  If you are interested in reapplying and meet the 6 month waiting period, please apply online.

    We pay on a bi-weekly schedule (Every other Friday).  We offer paper check, direct deposit, and a money card.
